Yes. Starter costs nothing each month. You can open your storefront, publish one product and start selling with a 10% platform commission — you keep 90% of every sale.
No. Estourah never charges to list, upload or update a product. Your only costs are your monthly plan (if you choose a paid one) and the platform commission on completed sales.
It depends on your plan: 10% on Starter, 7% on Creator and 5% on Studio. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by Estourah and are never deducted from your earnings.
Any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so your new product limit and lower commission rate apply right away.
Yes, from Plan & Billing in your creator dashboard. Cancelling returns you to Starter at the end of your paid period — your storefront and past earnings stay intact.
Nothing is deleted or taken offline. Products already published stay live even if you now exceed your plan's limit, but you won't be able to publish anything new — including re-publishing something you unpublish — until you're back within the limit or upgrade again.
Commission is calculated at the moment of each sale from your active plan. Orders placed before a change keep the rate that applied when they were purchased.
